Ring Type Joint Flanges
Sk Tubes is a reputable vendor and trader of Ring Type Joint Flanges, which are generally needed to handle concentrated and high-temperature caustic solutions. These highly-alloyed flanges are called superalloys, and the furnace atmospheres and lubricants used to forge them must be free of sulfur. It may be ordered in large configurations and dimensions and is available in wrought bar. It is extremely durable and strong up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit (1093 degrees Celsius) in the cryogenic temperature range. It is mostly obtained from the strong response effects of molybdenum and columbium, two refractory metals, in a nickel-chromium matrix.Many sectors, including chemical processing, nuclear, aerospace, and thermal processing, use Inconel Alloy Ring Type Joint Flanges. It is resistant to pressure from chloride ions.

Marking & Packing
Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All flanges are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.
Quality Assurance
At SK Tube Corporation , all fittings and flanges are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
